I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Apa Hotel. The room may be small, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the internet worked smoothly. Additionally, the location near the JR station made it convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tokyo.

This hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the train station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities.
The noise level in the hotel was a bit much. There were sirens throughout the night that woke me up, and the walls were thin so I could hear other guests in their rooms.

For my New Year's stay, the hotel offered a great free shuttle service to the nearby airport, making it convenient for my travels. the rooms were in pristine condition, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. On top of all that, the hotel was located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
the hotel was a bit noisy at times, with thin walls and a busy ambulance station nearby.

We loved the hotel's central location, very close to the train station and with plenty of shops and cafes around. It was also convenient to get to the airport from here. The staff was friendly and helpful, even remembering our room number and having our keys ready when we returned. We also appreciated the laundry facilities that were not too busy and the fact that the hotel staff were prompt in addressing our needs, such as providing new pillows, towels, and toilet paper.
Nothing was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, making it a great option for travelers. There are plenty of cafes and retail stores around the hotel, as well as a variety of dining options. the hotel offers great amenities such as laundry facilities and helpful staff.
As mentioned by some guests, noise can be a problem due to the proximity of an ambulance and fire station.
